![]() jurisdictions (Wisconsin and Puerto Rico). ![]() The MPRE is required for admission to the bars of all but two U.S. The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) is a two-hour, 60-question multiple-choice exam developed by the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) that is administered three times per year on computers provided by Pearson VUE at its testing centers. Registration for the 2024 MPRE exams is closed and will reopen in late 2023. ![]() We are working together to identify the affected registrants and will issue refunds for the difference in the two fees. NCBE and Pearson VUE are aware that some November 2023 MPRE administration registrants inadvertently paid the increased 2024 MPRE fee, a $10 difference.
